Fite Law was opened by Berin Fite in 2007 when he decided to leave one of the big firms in town to practice law in a more personal way.  He was joined by Jennifer Fite in March of 2008.  For more on each of these attorneys, see their short biographies below.  The attorneys of Fite Law are skilled in advocating the rights of our clients and advising them on litigated and non-litigated matters.  We understand that a day in court may not provide the best result for every client.  We are experienced in negotiating successful resolutions of cases both before and after they have been filed.  Our attorneys use their trial and advocacy skills to achieve successful results through settlement negotiations, mediation, and other alternative resolution methods.
